1. Ownership & Rights

All contributing artists retain 100% ownership of their submitted masters.
GUSHER* does not claim ownership or control over your music.
We do not license or submit your tracks for sync deals, placements, or any third-party usage. The project’s sole purpose is archival and musical curation.
Your music will not be monetized or used outside the scope of this compilation project.

You will receive 100% of your streaming royalties via your usual DSP distributor (Spotify, Apple Music, etc).
Digital sales of the full compilation (via platforms like Bandcamp and Nina Protocol) will be evenly split between all featured artists.
Disbursements from digital sales will only be made once cumulative earnings reach $100. Before that, earnings are held in trust for ease of accounting and fair splits.
Sales of merchandise and physical CDs are retained 100% by GUSHER*. These earnings go directly toward:
- Project launch event(s) recouperation
- Covering production costs
- Supporting future volumes of MEMORY DISK.

We ask that each artist submits an unreleased track, ideally one that won’t appear on other solo or collaborative releases.
This ensures the compilation remains a unique listening experience and avoids duplication or clashes with your personal rollouts.

By submitting your track, you agree to allow us to make minor adjustments to your file (mixing, mastering, and other subtle processing) for cohesion and quality consistency across the compilation.
Any changes will respect the integrity of the original work and will only be made for audio consistency across the full release.

The project will be released in digital format (DSPs, Bandcamp, Nina Protocol) as well as on CD.
CDs will be produced and will retail on GUSHER’s website as well as at various local record stores, and earnings from these will not be split. Artists still retain full rights over their music.
